Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times & Rates

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & USA: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

  • Heavy or oversized items: 5–12 business days (may vary based on carrier availability)

Please note that these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on carriers, customs, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If you don’t see updates, don’t worry—carriers sometimes delay the first scan.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@dazzlemontreal.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will correct it.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can help resolve the issue.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties—these charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
