Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

Email us at support@dazzlemontreal.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will approve your return and send you the return instructions.

Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return costs.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

If the item is not in its original condition or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value, depending on availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and photos of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
